  27. The speed you can get is dependent on several things, such as the
  28. modems your ISP has and the quality of your local telephone lines. I
  29. have the Courier with the V34+ flashcode, and so does my ISP, and I'm
  30. on a local phone line. Most of the time I get 28.8 connects, but some
  31. of the time I get 31.2 . I have never gotten 33.6 .
